Julie Rappoport

Julie is a leadership coach and facilitator who works with high-performing leaders and teams across industries to sharpen their leadership, enhance strategic execution, and navigate complex transitions. She coaches senior leaders around the world, helping them increase clarity, alignment, and impact within their organizations.

Julie spends much of her time facilitating The Leadership Room, Rich Leadership’s small-group coaching program, designed to improve participants’ decision-making, increase self-awareness, and ultimately accelerate their development. She also works with individuals and teams to improve communication, refine leadership strategies, and drive meaningful business results.

Julie brings deep expertise in leadership development and organizational change. Prior to joining Rich Leadership in 2019, she held senior HR leadership roles in high-change complex organizational environments, including serving as HR Director for Fullscreen Media’s Brand Group and leading the HR Business Partner function for SapientRazorfish’s national Media practice. Her work has always centered on developing leaders, fostering high-performing teams, and driving business growth.

Julie holds degrees in Psychology from Barnard College of Columbia University and Philosophy from List College of the Jewish Theological Seminary.
