Glenn Kaufman

With over 30 years of global organizational effectiveness experience, Glenn has helped numerous organizations and thousands of individuals attain business performance goals.

 

For the past 10 years Glenn has worked as an executive coach and leadership consultant, providing coaching and cross-cultural organization development to clients including GE, Pfizer, NXP Semiconductors and BP. His approach is business-driven and performance focused, blending his background in business and psychology.

 

Previously, Glenn was Senior Vice President of Global Organization Planning & Development and served as the Head of Customer Service at LexisNexis, a $4B global legal information services company and subsidiary of Reed Elsevier. During a 15-year career as an executive at American Express, Glenn instituted their Organization Effectiveness function and directed Global Leadership Development.

 

After attending medical school, Glenn completed his graduate studies at Antioch and Columbia Universities.
